He then took Voluntary retirement in 1989 and on foreseeing the potential in the television industry, he ventured into the business of providing services for the production of TV programs and ad films by hiring out video equipment like cameras, recorders, monitors etc to various Production houses and Ad Filmmakers and later to satellite Channels and since then there has been no looking back. He has also done a Course in TV Technology and Programming from the FTII (Film and Television Institute Of India – Pune).

His understanding of technology has ensured that in a business, where there is such a rapid change of technology, and risk of technological obsolescence, his decisions have ensured that the said risk has been successfully mitigated. He continues to head all decision making on the technology front.

Wife of Mr. Ved Prakash has been the partner of the company since its inception. She heads the software department and has a deep understanding of the various stages, procedures and processes involved in Television Programming. The insight into each aspect of production puts her in a position where she can easily understand clients’ requirements; arrange to get the jobs accomplished efficiently to the clients satisfaction.

Ms Dipikka Prakaash (B.Com, MBA – Finance & Marketing) – DIRECTOR OF BIPL – Financial Head of the company. She is responsible for all the financial and accounting requirements of the Company. She is involved in structuring the finances, cost control and maintaining the cash flows on a day-to-day basis. She has been instrumental in incorporating various financial systems and processes within the company to ensure compliance and accountability within the various divisions. Additionally, she acts as liaison between various banks & Financial Institutions.
