Jul 20, 2008 Netscout firmware/software on Fluke Devices? Just came across an older Fluke LRAT 2000 and picked it up based on a lot of praise on the 'net. The only concern I have is that the fw/sw version on it is very old - 1.0.6 - and it looks like Netscout is currently at 2.5.4.

Fluke Aircheck Firmware Update Tool
I bought a Fluke Networks ACK-LRAT2000 Network Tech Troubleshooting Kit about a year ago.
I've used the wire test kits often, and this weekend was the first time I wanted to use the AirCheck WiFi tester.
I can download updates for the LinkRunner AT, but when I try to download updates for the AirCheck, the Fluke website tells me I need to buy gold support, what?
I find this unacceptable, how am I supposed to use an expensive piece of hardware if I can't even download and update the software.
Been trying to call Fluke support all morning, call keeps on getting dropped as soon as it is transferred to tech support, tried the 800 number and front desk.
Anybody familiar with the AirCheck, and willing to share the latest v3 software?
